Delete your account
You can delete your account from inside the app under Profile → Delete account. If you no longer have the app installed, use the form below.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Every CV and cover letter you created
- Uploaded photos and generated PDF files
- Your registered devices and notification tokens
What we keep, and for how long
Purchase records held by Apple or Google are not ours to delete — they are kept by the store under its own policy. We keep anonymous, non-identifying billing records for as long as tax law requires (10 years in Türkiye). These cannot be linked back to you once your account is gone.
Request deletion
Enter the email address on the account. We will send you a confirmation link — the account is only deleted after you click it.
