A pale grey band carries your name at the top, and below it each section title sits in a narrow left column with its content set against it on the right. The titles form a vertical index a reviewer can run a finger down. The grey is a fill behind text and never text itself, so nothing is lost when the page is parsed, photocopied or faxed by whoever still does that.
